The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) is soliciting sources for all personnel, supervision, tools, and services necessary to perform Management and Mess Hall Attendant services aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH). Management and Mess Hall Attendant service locations include MCBH Anderson Hall, and the Flight-Line satellite facility utilized by active-duty military. The services required will be performance-based with measurable outcomes defined in the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) that correlate to each task outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
