This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are hereby being requested and a formal solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SP4703-24-Q-0065 is issued for quote.
This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Requirements Contract with a 12-month base period of performance and two (2) 12-month option periods – No partial quotes will be accepted.
This specification establishes the minimum requirements for a recurring service to provide lockable containers, for paper and media, and monthly shredding of the material in those containers.
To be shredded: No classified data; only CUI, PII, LES or other sensitive but unclassified information will be shredded by the commercial shredding service.
The contractor will provide 31 containers, to be placed in 22 facilities on Robins AFB, and 1 off-site facility at Robins North. The contractor will empty the containers monthly. Contractor must ensure that bins are placed and returned to designated areas/locations within each facility as specified by authorized DLA Aviation representative or security representative. The contents will be shredded on site and destroyed in such a manner that would make the contents difficult to recognize or reconstruct the information and in a manner that will not compromise any personnel, sensitive or critical information of the organization and employees.

Base: 11 September 2024 - 10 September 2025
Option 1: 11 September 2025 - 10 September 2026

Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror that meets the requirement stated in the Statement of Work (SOW) and RFQ.
The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. If not already registered in SAM, go to System for Award Management (SAM) website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.
All inquiries must be submitted by 3 working days prior to closing date. Acceptable method of quote or inquiries
submission is via email to kia.milindez@dla.mil.
DO NOT FAX offers to the DLA Contracting Services Office. Please confirm the receipt of all e-mails prior to the submission deadline. All quotes must remain valid for a minimum of 60 days.
