This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the purchase of AFRC RS training services needed to assist the 367 Recruiting Group (RCG) in maintaining their recruitment objectives by utilizing the latest sales and sales management training resources. This involves leveraging the IMPACT Selling: Professional Sales Training Program (IMPACT), which includes the TriMetrix Assessment System (TriMetrix), currently used by the 367 RCG. IMPACT and TriMetrix are utilized by the Air Force Recruiting Service (AFRS), Air National Guard Recruiting and Retention (ANG), and the Air Force Reserve (AFR). IMPACT and TriMetrix are incorporated into the formal curriculum of the Air Force Total Force Recruiting School, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland IAW AF Chief of Staff's directed integration of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) recruiting mission operations.
