Any information submitted by respondents to this Source Sought Notice is voluntary. The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Respondents should not construe this notice as a commitment by the Air Force for any purpose and should refrain from providing proprietary information in the response.
INTRODUCTION The contractor shall provide the following:
1. T86 T4 Bobcat Compact Track Loader Item Number M0385, Standard Equipment: 105.0 HP Tier 4 V2 Bobcat Engine, Auxiliary Hydraulics: Variable Flow, Two-Speed Travel, Rear Camera, Backup Alarm, Bob-Tach Mounting System, Bobcat Interlock Control
2. Gold Package M0385-P11-C13 Included: Clear Side Auto HVAC Cab, Integrated Bluetooth Radio, Adjustable Heated Cloth Air Ride Seat, Power Bob-Tach, Solid Undercarriage, 7" Touch Display, Premium and Side Lights, Keyless Start
3. 17.7" Multi-Bar Tracks M0385-R09-C05
4. High Flow Hydraulics M0385-R03-C09
5. R-Series Forestry Kit, T/S 8# Clear Side 7485085.
The T86 Bobcat Track Loader should meet the attached specifications.
LRAFB anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this effort. The effort is expected to result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. NAICS code is anticipated to be 333120, size standard 1,250 Employees.
- INSTRUCTIONS: All businesses capable of providing a T86 Bobcat Track Loader as described in the attached spec sheet, are invited to respond electronically.
Responses shall include company name, address, DUNS number, CAGE code, point of contact with email address and telephone number, indicate business size (small business, small disadvantaged business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business, woman-owned small business, or HUBZone) using NAICS 333120, size standard 1,250 Employees, and indicate any current government contract vehicles you are currently apart of. The Air Force reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside for any subsequent acquisition based upon responses to this notice. In the event Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it will be advertised as unrestricted.
Additionally, responses shall include the following:
- A positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor.
- A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor.
- Small business respondents should provide a statement of capabilities to assist the Air Force in making a set-aside decision.
Statement of Capabilities are limited to 5 pages and should demonstrate capability to provide the required T86 Bobcat Track Loader.
