The Montana Army National Guard has a requirement for 5 gantry cranes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
W9124V-24-Q-0009 is a solicitation issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.
This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 333923.
Pricing for quotes shall be broke out to with detailing pricing for each of the five Contract Line Items (CLINS). Your submission shall contain your name, contact information, UEI and CAGE Code.
CLIN 0001: Gantry Crane with Trolley
CLIN 0002: Chain Hoist
CLIN 0003: Installation (Required for 5 seperate locations)

It is the offerors responsibility to ensure your quote has been received. Offeror contact information, UEI/CAGE Code and the name of the business shall be included on the quote.
Questions concerning any portion of this requirement shall be directed to the primary contact at: john.e.gottsch.civ@army.mil. All questions concerning this requirement will be answered on a consolidated question and answer sheet. The deadline for questions and RFIs shall be 1 August 2024 at 1000 MDT. A copy of the consolidated question and answer sheet will be attached to this solicitation when completed.
Quotes will be evaluated on price, technical acceptability and past performance.
