The VA Augusta Health Care System is hosting an Industry Day event to evaluate Simulation equipment and Simulation Training Aids: i.e., High fidelity Manikins, Low fidelity Manikins, Birthing Manikins, Augmented Reality equipment, and Virtual Reality equipment.
Date: October 29, 2024
Time: 12pm – 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time
Location: VA Augusta Health Care System; Uptown Division, Bldg. 110, One Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904, Room 2A135, Second Floor Gymnatorium.
Vendors interested in participating in this event may submit their request to attend to the main POCs for this announcement.

Please ensure that all POCs are included in your request.
Interested vendors must provide equipment electronic brochures to the Contracting Officer when sending in intent to participate. Vendors will be required to provide presentation and hands-on demonstration of equipment and include brochures or manuals. Electronic brochures and representative name and contact information must be emailed at least one week prior to Industry Day date.
