This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 effective 22 May 2024.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana/Dakotas State Office, has a requirement for well testing services. Contractor must furnish expertise, materials, equipment, and labor to perform preliminary yield testing, well development, final yield testing, and capping of the well. This well is in Phillips County, Montana, located approximately 50 miles northeast of Malta, Montana (and approximately 17 miles northeast of Whitewater, Montana) at Section 01, T36N, R32E SW1/4 SW1/4 SW1/4. Coordinates: Latitude N 48.901500, Longitude W 107.490917. Access to the well is available using public roads. A location map is included with these Specifications.
