All Other Specialty Trade Contractors: The Tennessee Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the Construction of installing a secondary perimeter fence required to provide adequate base perimeter fencing. The fence will be a 5,500-foot-long electrostatic powder coated black anti-climb fence and gates utilizing expanded metal mesh panels. The contractor shall provide and install seven 8-foot-wide gates, three 5-foot-wide gates utilizing the same anti-climb material as the fence. The contractor shall also install two K4 crash rated vehicle swing gates, one with a 34-foot opening and the other with a 40-foot opening. The system will be constructed to the interior of the current perimeter fence at the 164th Airlift Wing - Tennessee Air National Guard Base, Memphis, TN 38118.The contract duration will be 490 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.
