The contractor will provide Cisco Support Services Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support to Whiteriver Service Unit (WRSU) for Cisco UCS servers, chassis and fabric interconnects which includes SmartNet for WRSU 4500 core Cisco switch.
Local IT will have the ability to place Cisco TAC calls and tickets 24/7/365 for support services, online and over the phone, to local IT staff. Once support is establish local WRSU IT will have ability to open a TAC case online or over the phone. Have access to Cisco Support Assistance for existing cases.
The purpose of this post is primarily intended to identify BIA firms capable and interested in meeting the government's need. All capable parties are invited to respond with interest. All repondents must submit the following to be considered an interested party:
