The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to remove and replace existing control tower bridge crane and trolley at Cagle's Mill Lake located at 11979 S. County Rd. 375 W., Poland, Indiana 47868. The contractor’s work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein.
Period of Performance is 180 days after contract award.

This RFQ is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 332618 (Size Determination 500). One award will be made from this Solicitation. The contract award will be based on Low Bid. Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. Quotes will not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the price breakout schedule. Failure to submit a unit price for all items listed will be considered as a material deviation from the requirements of the RFQ and the quote will be rejected. Offerors should complete the price breakout schedule within this solicitation.
Quotes are due on 21 August 2024 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Please submit your quote to alyson.m.klinglesmith@usace.army.mil. Fax submittals will not be accepted. Technical questions pertaining to this project shall be posted to ProjNet per the instructions incorporated into the solicitation. Contractors are NOT to contact the TPOCs listed until an award has been made. All questions must be submitted via ProjNet by 14 August 2024.

In accordance with FAR 52.237-1, Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
