The current furnaces that are installed in the housing quarters are 41 years old. Heating furnaces are in poor condition; parts are obsolete, no longer energy efficient, and combsution chambers are warped. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other necessary items for a complete and useable product in full comliance with the Scope of Work, plans, drawings, and specification as defined in the solicitation.
