BLUE RIVER FISH BARRIER MAINTENANCE
Amendment 02: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following:

B. Attachment 8 - SF 1444
C. Attachment 9 - 344-331-498 Blue River Fish Barrier Plan
D. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of Amendment 01 is to update the RFP questions due date. The questions due date is hereby changed from August 16, 2024 at 5:00pm (1700), PDT to August 22, 2024 at 12:00 (1200), PDT.

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Interior Region 8: Lower Colorado Basin intends to award a single fixed-price contract estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000 to acquire contractor services to perform the following principle components at the Blue River Fish Barrier in Arizona:
1. Removal of four damaged existing 4 ft x 4 ft steel plates on the concrete apron.
2. Installation of steel plates at the locations as shown on the drawings:
3. 4 ft x 4 ft steel plates on the concrete apron of the fish barrier.
4. 3 ft x 4 ft steel plates on the concrete apron of the fish barrier.
5. 8 in steel plates centered on top of the crest wall.
6. Installation of steel angles and grout repair at the locations as shown on the drawings:
7. 6 in x 6 in steel angles on the downstream edge at the top of the crest wall and concrete apron as shown.
8. Nonshrink grout repair and placement on crest wall edge and edge of apron. Estimated quantity of nonshrink grout is 1 cubic yard.
Work is located approximately 15 miles northeast of Clifton, Arizona in Greenlee County, and approximately 2,800 feet upstream of the confluence of the Blue and San Francisco Rivers, on the Blue River.
