This procurement is a Total Small Business set aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, with a size standard of $19 million.
Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, the Contract shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete a Museum Collections Emergency Operations Plan (MCEOP) for Nez Perce National Historical Park (NEPE) in Idaho State, Big Hole National Battlefield (BIHO) in Montana State, and Whitman Mission National Historic Site (WHMI) in Washington State. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order to a single vendor as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a quoter for any costs. Quoter submitting quote shall guarantee their pricing for a period of 60 days from solicitation closing date.
