Contractor helicopter will provide Close Air Support (CAS) tailored mission sorties as specified in this Operation Plan (OPLAN) to the Joint Pacific Multination Readiness Center (JPMRC). The primary training focus will be Mission Training of 25th Infantry Division soldiers and Joint Services ground maneuver units. Training will provide the ground forces commander with dynamic enemy Close Air Support events in support of unit specific training objectives. In addition, Contractor services will provide currency requirements outlined in AFMAN 13-112 table 5.1 for the USAF Joint Tactical Air Control (JTAC) Continuation Training (CT). OPFOR Helicopter services will be used primarily throughout the daytime. The OPFOR Helicopter Contractor will have predictable scheduling and will receive a 24-hour notice prior to the need for OPFOR Helicopter services. The Contractor shall provide one pilot, one observer, and one EC-130 helicopter and one Twinstar, solid grey/brown/black in support of JPMRC 25-01. Services shall include 2 hours of close air support for JPMRC 25-01.
