This project is an Invitation f or Bid (IFB) SDVOSB Competitive Small Business Set-Aside for Ditch 19 Channel Cleanout in Dunklin County, MO to reduce the flood risk to the surrounding agricultural land and homes resulting from flood events occurring along Ditch 19 in the St. Francis River Basin in Dunklin County, Missouri. Channel cleanout will be conducted on a total of 12.6 miles of the 35-mile section that was studied as part of this project. Clearing and snagging will be performed as needed in areas w here debris is diverting channel flow. Shoaling will be removed in areas w here entire channel cleanout may not be warranted. This procurement consists of a Base Award plus one Option. Only the Base will be obligated at time of award.
