The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Incorporate Attachment 1- PWS REV 1 (removal of task order verbiage in Section 1.1 Basic Services).

3. All other terms and conditions of solicitation remain unchanged.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.
In this Request for Quotations (RFQ) (also referred to as “solicitation”) any reference to the words “offer(s),” offeror(s),” and “proposal(s)” should be replaced with the words “quotation(s),” “vendor(s),” and “quote(s),” respectively.
This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 6/23/2022, and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 8/10/2022.
This is a competitive Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Maintenance of Grease Traps at Robins Air Force Base. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to pump and clean grease traps located at Robins Air Force Base. The grease trap waste shall be disposed of in a manner that will comply with the current Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the State of Georgia’s Environmental Protection Division (EPD) laws and regulations. Task orders will be issued which will state a period of performance and specifically which locations are covered under that particular task order. The Appendix A attached to this PWS describes the particular locations on the base that require this service and estimates of anticipated work to be performed. Task orders shall not exceed 12 months in performance. Multiple task orders may be issued per year depending on availability of funds.
Period of Performance is Base Year with four (1) one-year options.
This acquisition utilizes Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented. This procurement will be conducted as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Adequate Price Competition is expected. Please identify your business size in your response. Award will be made to the responsible offeror that represents the best value considering price, technical acceptability, and past performance, whose offer conforms to all solicitation requirements, such as terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and technical requirements.
In accordance with FAR 13.003(f), electronic commerce method to receive proposals, modifications, and revisions is permitted and preferred. Buyer and Contracting Officer's email addresses for submissions are listed within this posting. All quotes shall be submitted via email in the format of MSOffice compatible, adobe pdf, or equivalent document formats to the Points of Contact (POC) listed below no later than 3:00 PM EDT on 21 August 2024.

Once approved for release, the question and response will be provided as an Amendment to the solicitation posted to SAM.gov ensuring dissemination to all potential Offerors. All solicitation questions must be submitted no later than 15 August 2024 by 11:00 PM EDT. The Government is under no obligation to respond to questions received after 11:00 PM EDT 15 August 2024, but may provide a response if time permits and question is properly vet.
