This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8A24Q0020, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332439 Portable Storage Containers, a small business size standard of 600 EMP. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03803. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
The NH National Guard requires the following items:
CLIN 0001: Air Portable Transportation Containers (QTY= 2 EA)
Dimensions required for containers are; 108”W x 88”L x 91.35”H, with a payload capacity of 10,000 lbs and a Max Gross Weight of 11,720 lbs. The containers must also be four-way forkliftable. The storage containers must be compatible with standard military transport vehicles, precisely a K-Loader. The storage container must be Pallet Based certified as to not damage the aircraft roller system. The container must have 4 doors, with 2 on the front and 2 on the back designed with one slanted side to support being loaded onto a military KC aircraft. The delivery of the storage containers shall be on a flatbed vehicle in order for the New Hampshire National Guard personnel to unload the containers upon delivery.

Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days.
