Clean, prep, resurface and seal approximately 10,500 sq feet of paved surface around the US Dairy Forage Research Center. Area in scope includes the parking lot (6900 sq feet), the loading dock (3000 sq feet), and a small, paved area at the greenhouse alley entrance (600 sq feet). Restripe parking stalls to match existing.
