The Indian Health Service (IHS), Hopi Healthcare Center (HHCC) has a requirement for leadership and management experts to support and provide on-site mentoring, coaching and training to develop current HHCC C-suite employees.
Contractor will create a corrective action plan (CAP) to address findings from the most recent TJC surveys (mock and actual). The plan will describe individual actions required to bring HHCC into compliance with federal and accrediting body requirements for critical access hospitals. The action plan will also outline necessary actions required to address identified executive leadership development needs, including educational, process/procedure management, change and crisis management needs. The CAP will outline specific corrective action items necessary for change to occur, will include start and completion dates for each action, HHCC staff responsibility for action oversight and completion, and consultant responsibility for action item oversight. Executive leadership includes CEO, CMO, CNO, COO, CQMO, and DPS, and the work shall also include department heads for departments with identified areas of improvement.
