The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit a full and open competition strategy Firm-Fixed Price contract to repair the propulsor onboard a Virginia-class submarine in accordance with HRMC-515-24. The requirement is to accomplish the inspection and repair of propulsor "PC.1A" and leading edge ring that are in accordance with work package HRMC-515-24. The tentative period of performance is 23 September 2024 – 12 October 2024.

This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2024-05, DFARS (7/29/2024), and NMCARS 18-22.
