This Announcement for Proposal (AFP) solicits proposals for lease of all or a portion of available Federal property at NASA Stennis Space Center (SSC) consisting of underutilized, non-excess (i) undeveloped land (“Land”), (ii) office building commonly known as Building 9121 (“B9121”), and (iii) area for a laydown yard (“Laydown Yard”) to be available for use during any construction activities.
The available Land consists of three (3) parcels (A, B and C) totaling approximately 2,600 acres and a Laydown Yard (parcel D) of approximately 7.4 acres. All Land is located inside of the controlled access portion of NASA SSC’s Government -owned and Government-operated facility, which is designated as the “Fee Area.” The Land is in the north-central region of the Fee Area and had been a part of the former Mississippi Army Ammunition Plant (MSAAP).
Parcel A: ~ 1,100 acres designated as Enterprise Park (Contains 2 Project Ready Certified sites. See https://sscwebpub.ssc.nasa.gov/sscindustryday/default.aspx for certification data and environmental due diligence).
Parcel B: ~800 acres east of Enterprise Park (Parcel A)
Parcel C: ~700 acres south of Parcel B *
