STATEMENT OF WORK AND GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2016 TOYOTA SIENNA WHEELCHAIR VAN Background Our 2016 Toyota Sienna wheelchair van is broken and in need of repair. We took the van to a local dealership and what they identified as needing repaired is listed in the specifications section below. Though the dealership provided a quote, they are not registered in system for award management (SAM) and they were not interested in completing the process. As a result, we sought out and contacted multiple repair shops found through various research methods, but none are registered in SAM.
