This is a RFQ for the procurement of Qiagen EZ2 Connect MDx IVD Extraction System and related services and supplies. The is a fully automated clinical nucleic acid extraction system with a pre-filled cartridge-based system with scalable extraction of 1 to 24 samples. The vendor will provide the Qiagen EZ2 Connect MDx IVD, provide supplies and provide services to the Qiagen EZ2 Connect MDx IVD extraction system. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation that will include the terms and conditions that are set forth herein.
There are no additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.
