This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Nebraska Army National Guard (NEARNG) has a requirement for Targeted Advertising campaigns with the contractor having advertising abilities on Facebook, Instagram, and Geofencing.
The NEARNG’s desire is to capitalize on brand association, brand equity, and specified social media campaigns that reach the specified target demographic or centers of influence during peak identified times. The NEARNG will have direct contact with the Contractor on a weekly basis during specified times and will provide reports that include the following: impressions, cost per click, click through, lead generation, and any other pertinent social media data that can help adjust ad content creation.
This requirement is set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541840 with a size standard of $25.5 million dollars.
The Period of Performance shall be from 23 September 2024 - 31 August 2025 with two additional option years as follows: 1 September 2025 – 31 August 2026 and 1 September 2026 – 31 March 2027.
Award will be based on the overall Best Value to the government; price and other factors being considered. Vendors wishing to be considered for award shall meet all technical requirements as outlined in the Performance Work statement; shall provide at least three (3) references of work, similar in scope and size, with the requirement detailed in the PWS. References must include contact information, a brief description of the work completed, and contract number (if relevant). The Government also reserves the right to obtain information for use in the evaluation of past performance from any and all sources. If an offeror has no recent or relevant past performance, past performance will be treated as neutral, resulting in an acceptable rating.
All questions must be received by September 4, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
All quotes must be received by September 13, 2024 by 10:00a.m. CDT. Vendors who fail to furnish the aforesaid information by September 13, 2024 will be considered non-responsive.
