This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area has a need to purchase a TIMS qTOF LC-MS for Grand Forks, North Dakota. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order.

FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation of Offerors, is applicable to this acquisition. The Government will select the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable quote.
In order to be considered for award, Offerors shall respond by addressing all of the requirements in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
