This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C25924Q0707 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a Purchase Order contract resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. This acquisition is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. Must take measurements of the measure humidity of room at regular intervals. Must gage the appropriate temperature & humidity of the room biased on the predetermined thresholds. Must send alerts when temperature and / or humidity levels are out of range. Must create an audit trail for temperature and humidity. The Government reserves the right to select a quotation that provides benefit to the Government that exceeds the minimum requirements of the solicitation but is not required to do so.
