The purpose of this synopsis is to identify potential qualified vendors capable of providing items in accordance with the requirements listed below. INTRODUCTION
The 181st Intelligence Wing, Indiana Air National Guard; 800 Petercheff Street, Terre Haute IN 47803, has a requirement to provide specific furniture for the 181st Intelligence Wing.
ELIGIBILITY
The PSC for this requirement is 6540; the NAICS is 334510 with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond.
ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DATE
The anticipated delivery for the contract will be 180 days after award of contract.
REQUIREMENTS DESCRIPTION

The governement is interested in pursing a Brand Name requirement for these items, interested parties must indicate whether they can provide the listed products or if an alternative product will be offered.
Contractor MUST identify in response if they can provide products through active GSA Federal Supply Schedule, GSA Blanket Purchase Agreement. or Open Market.
Contractors are encouraged to provide product specification data for items that may satisfy this requirement to assist the contracting office identify products within the market that can satisfy customer needs.
SUBMISSION DETAILS
Interested businesses MUST submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than five, 8.5 x 11 inch pages, font no smaller than 12 point, 1.5 spaced) demonstrating their ability to provide the supplies listed in the salient characteristics described herein. All responses shall include Company Name, Company Address, Company CAGE Code, Company UEI Number, Company Business Size under NAICS code , and Points-of-Contact (POC) including name, phone number, fax number, and email address. In addition, the documentation shall include whether you intend to pursue the opportunity as a prime contractor or a subcontractor, whether any joint venture or teaming arrangements will be used (provide as much detail as possible at this time). The capability statement package shall be sent by email to keith.parker.4@us.af.mil. Proprietary or classified material SHALL NOT be submitted.
