Ft ABOA. 10,875 Space Type: Medical Parking Spaces (Total): 70 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Occupancy Required By: 10/22/2024 The Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Marshfield, Missouri that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous; otherwise, the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Governments requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as the physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and IT/telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime as well as the close proximity of the current space that supports the local Veteran population. The offered space: Shall be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant). Shall Include 70 on-site parking spaces (including handicap accessible spaces in accordance with ADA). Shall be zoned for VAs intended use. Shall be a full-service lease (shall include all services, eg., janitorial, grounds keeping, utilities) Shall not be in the FEMA 100-year flood plain. Shall not be a sublease. Shall meet Federal and Local Government requirements for fire safety, physical security, accessibility, and sustainability standards. Shall meet, at a minimum, Facility Security Level (FSL) I as per Department of Homeland Security-Federal Protective Services requirements. The space sought will be first floor contiguous but will consider non-contiguous and/or other floor levels with working elevators if ADA compliant.
