The Manufacturing Sciences & Technology Branch (MSTB) of the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) requires casework for a new research laboratory. The MSTB requires Quantity of Four (4) 72-inch x 36-inch workbenches and Quantity of Nine (9) 96-inch x 36-inch workbenches. Each workbench will require additional specifications, which are listed below:
The salient characteristics mentioned below are non-negotiable due to the type of materials being utilized and size and weight of equipment. The Government’s minimum requirements are below:
- Quantity of four (4) 72-inch x 36-inch workbenches
- Quantity of nine (9) 96-inch x 36-inch workbenches
Both types of required workbenches listed above shall meet the following minimum requirements:
- Black Phenolic work surface
- Grey cabinetry
- Custom design with cabinet and shelves (See Attached Dimension Drawing)
- Individual cabinet and shelf weight capacity of 400 lbs
- Bench top weight capacity over 1500 lbs
- Shipping and installation included
