Description
22 OG requires Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems capable of hosting classified video teleconferences for two distinct projects. The first project involves upgrading the VTC capabilities in a conference room (Room 1) with recommended equipment. The second project entails installing VTC capabilities in additional rooms (Room 2, 3, and 4). Both systems must comply with the Global Video Services (GVS) VTC Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and include equipment compatible with existing infrastructure.
Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Survey
A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 29, 2024, at 0900 CST, both in-person and virtually, to discuss the contract scope and address questions. Immediately following, a site survey will be conducted in-person at the work location to assess the existing system's complexity.

Technical Acceptance and Price Evaluation
The Government will evaluate offers using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. The evaluation criteria are as follows:

Technical Acceptance: The technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government's requirements as outlined in the attached Statement of Work.

Price: The lowest price offered.
Evaluation Process
Offers will be evaluated in pairs, starting with the two lowest-priced offers received. This process will continue until two offers have been deemed technically acceptable. The offer with the lowest price among the technically acceptable ones will be selected for award.
