1. Will the bid’s be awarded on the individual media’s or as a complete package?
A: Bid’s will be awarded on the individual media's. However, vendors can bid/win award on multiple media's. For example, a vendor can have multiple media types on an awarded BPA if they successfully bid/win.
2. I don’t see any tonnages or expected usage. Can you let me know where to find this information or maybe you have approximate annual usage form last few years?

3. Will the BPA, be shared with multiple vendors, or will it be exclusive to just one supplier or group?
A: Multiple vendor’s will be awarded a BPA for this requirement. Each vendor who successfully bids will receive a BPA for all types of media they successfully bid on.
4. If multiple suppliers are approved, how will the bidding process work?
A: Except for the media types that are sole source, a maximum of three different vendors will be awarded a BPA for each type of media available. Evaluation will be done by Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). For example, if four different vendor’s bid on a specific type of media, the three vendor’s with the lowest bids will be awarded BPA’s.
5. In what quantity are these purchased?
A: Please see the answer to Question 2 to see figures for the total amount of media ordered on the previous contract and the average amount shipped per media type.
6. How long will the contract last?
A: This will be a five-year BPA.
