The goal of this requirement is to update the antiqued and malfunctioning audio/visual system that is currently in the Wing Conference Room. The upgrade will support in-person and virtual meetings across the base and command at multiple classification levels. The refresh includes upgrade projectors, monitors, microphones, control screens, cameras, video/presentation systems, transmitters, receivers, processors and more. The work for this requirement includes equipment and installation.
NOTE: When submitting your quote, the Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Factors being utilized to evaluate proposals are:
1. Price: Complete Price Schedule on the Attachment titled: Combined Synopsis-Solicitation
2. Technical Acceptability: Submit technical capability statement IAW the Statement of Need (SON).
A filled out Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Price Schedules,a dn Technical Capability statements shall be submitted via email to anna.jackson.9@us.af.mil and CCed to ranie.boukzam@us.af.mil no later than 4:30pm CST 28 August 2024 in order to be considered timely. Please do not re-sent/copy and past the SON. Questions are due no later than 4:30 pm CST 23 August 2024. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after the deadline. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor the solicitation posted herein for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the offeror ineligble for award.
