Vendor Question/Program's Response
There wasn’t much information on this in the SOW. Really only the 2 stop addresses and a quantity of lockers. The pick up location is now an empty building site, the lockers are the only items left for pick up and dropped at the Tacoma office location.
We will need to know the dims of the lockers. The GSA Property manager is the only person who has actually seen the lockers and has access to the closed building. I am waiting on a response.
We will need to know how deep in the origin building these are. 400 15th Street, Auburn, WA. The location is the second floor but there are elevators available.
We will need to know if these are already removed from the wall or if we have to dis-assemble first at origin before we can move them. From the pictures attached the old lockers are free standing against the wall.
We won’t know if they can fit in the elevator at the destination without the dims of the lockers and the elevator. Location of the old lockers-Men's room Dimensions - 14' x 9' 7"
We will need to know if these need to be wall mounted and or earthquaked. These will be free standing lockers to be standing up against the wall. Building management has not specified if the lockers need to be mounted or earth quaked.
We will need information on the disposal lockers so we can have an idea on the removal aspect. The lockers for disposal are pictured and will need to go to the local dump.
