NAICS Code: 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing Small Business Size Standard: 1,300 Employees PSC/FSC: Q999 Medical-Other GENERAL INFORMATION: (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL) The Boise VA Medical Center Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory requires INOtherapy Services including the FDA approved pharmaceutical drug INOMAX (inhaled nitric oxide) and an FDA-cleared electro-mechanical drug delivery system meeting the administration criteria for inhaled nitric oxide set forth in the product label for INOMAX to enable the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory to perform pulmonary vasoreactivity testing during right heart catheterization procedures for adult patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension. The services requested include the following: The pharmaceutical drug INOmax® (nitric oxide) for inhalation portable aluminum cylinders: 64693-002-02 Size 88. 1963 liters @ STP of nitric oxide gas, 800 ppm concentration 64693-002-01 Size D, 353 liters @ STP of nitric oxide gas, 800 ppm concentration Use of Delivery Device meeting the criteria for the administration of INOmax set forth in the product label for INOmax INOcal purified calibration gases for calibrating the Deliver Device(s) Disposables, Adaptors, Parts and Accessories A comprehensive and in-depth multipart training program Access to electronic training programs, web training, and in-service training and other important materials (including, without limitation, the operating manual for the Delivery Device and the prescribing information for INOMAX. 24/7 Technical and Customer Support Test Gas Program and Monthly System Check-Out Kits Routine Preventive Maintenance and Updates for Delivery Devices Replacement/Repair of Delivery Devices on an as needed basis Routine scheduled pick-ups and deliveries to provide BVAMC Cath Lab with appropriate levels of cylinders of INOmax and related supplies and disposable items.
