This Solicitation is a Request for Quote, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures, for a firm fixed priced construction purchase order.
The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to move a 100Kw generator and rerouting the electrical service. Contractor will provide all labor and materials for the installation of conduit and wiring to facilitate the moving of the generator approximately 75 FT at the Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center (DBNRRC) 2890 AR – 130 East, Stuttgart Arkansas 72160.
A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at 10:00AM CST.

All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to jessica.pacheco@usda.gov by 10:00AM CST, Friday, August 30, 2024. Questions that are not submitted in writing or that are not submitted by the deadline, may not receive a response. Questions/answers discussed at the site visit will not be binding on the resultant contract unless submitted in writing and incorporated into the solicitation by amendment.
