NOAA/The National Marine Fisheries Service/Office of Law Enforcement, has a requirement for Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) transceiver hardware for the OLE/Pacific Islands Division.
This solicitation is being issued as 100% set-aside for Small Business. All responsible, qualified, small business sources may submit an offer that will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the acquisition is 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1250 employees.
The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.0. It is the Government's intention to issue a single firm-fixed price purchase order. The Award will be made to the offeror whose quote meets all Statement of Need (SON) and solicitation requirements. Quotes will be evaluated using Low Price, Technically Acceptable evaluation factors.
Product specifications and literature shall be submitted with quote.
The anticipated award date is September 5, 2024. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued.
The RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, effective 4/22/2024.
