(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) FA441824Q0028 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
(iii) This RFQ provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 dated 22 May 2024.
(iv) This acquisition is restricted for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 335311 with a 500 employee size standard.

(vi) Eaton/Cooper Single Phase 100 KVA Pad-Mount Transformer designed for housing applications with a grounded Y input high voltage circuit of 7200/12470V, providing a four-wire wye configuration at 120/240V for residential loads (Part Number: RB2A42072Y7AS00).
(vii) Delivery will be made no later than 120 days after receipt of award.
The Delivery FoB point is JB CHS-AB South Carolina.
(viii) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items applies to this acquisition with the following Addenda;

All companies must be registered in the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered for award. The Government will not provide contract financing for this acquisition. Invoice instruction shall be provided at time of award.
Offerors may submit questions relating to this acquisition to the individual(s) identified in paragraph xvi below. Questions must be submitted no later than 29 August 2024.
Offerors must submit responses to this RFQ electronically by email to Edward Maxted-Sorensen (edward.maxted_sorensen.1@us.af.mil) and Brandy Stroud (brandy.stroud@us.af.mil).
(ix) Pursuant to FAR 12.602 contract award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106. Vendor’s submissions will be evaluated based upon the following:
Technical: quote must be rated as technically acceptable to be eligible for award. To be deemed technically acceptable, the following evaluation criteria must be met: The vendor must submit a quote for two each Eaton/Cooper Single Phase 100 KVA Pad-Mount Transformers, Part Number: RB2A42072Y7AS00, as directed by this solicitation and in agreeance with the performance standards and characteristics outlined in Attachment 1: Salient Characteristics.
Price: Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable vendor. Prices shall be evaluated for reasonableness IAW FAR 13.104.
