The Contractor shall conduct a site search of available venues for the anticipated event, secure meeting space, AV equipment/services & lodging room blocks for all attendees and provide meeting planning and support for the TEAM A event of the Organization of Scientific Area Committees in 2025.
All work shall be completed in accordance with the statement of work.
