Long Branch Lake Administration Building Concrete and Sidewalk Replacement. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Long Branch Lake Project, Macon, MO has a need for sidewalk replacement construction. This project will include the demolition, removal, and replacement of select concrete slabs and sidewalks that are around the Long Branch Lake Administration Building. Building will also require minimal removal of old mortar from wall / brick joints, then replaced with new mortar (Tuckpointing) due to several cracks within the walls. All work shall conform with the project specifications as approved by USACE. The contractor shall supply all labor and materials required for project completion. The period of performance (POP) for the work to be performed is 180 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). There is only one Contract Line Item (CLIN). This requirement is 100% Small Business set-aside. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The estimated period of performance for completion of the awarded contract is 180 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). There will be a site visit planned for this solicitation.
