This solicitation is being cancelled due to the delay in the acquisition process due to a NAICS Code Determination protest. No award will be made as a result of this solicitation. The requiring unit no longer requires this service in the current fiscal year. This will be re-solicited at a later date. Interested parties who submitted questions or quotes will be notified via email when the new solicitation is posted.
Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to suspend the solicitation due to an ongoing NAICS Code Determination Protest filed on 4 September 2024. While the protest process is ongoing, the solicitation will be suspended. The solicitation due date
will no longer be 12 September 2024 but will be adjusted at a later time to allow ample time for response in light of the ongoing protest process. Additionally, no award will be made until after the protest process has concluded and the solicitation response date has been accordingly adjusted. Included in this Amendment is the following attachments: "Amendment 0002 - Combined Synopsis Solicitation - 9.5.24"; "Amendment 0002 - Notice and Order - NAICS Code Determination Protest - 9.4.24"; and "Solicitation Amendment FA460024Q00960002 SF 30 (Signed)". All additions are highlighted in yellow and all subtractions are struck through in red. Additionally, the document "Solicitation Amendment FA460024Q00960001 SF 30 (Signed)" is being attached as well.
Amendment 0001 - Added Attachment 3 - QA Document to sent out a list of Questions and Answers received so far during the solicitation period.
The contractor shall provide all tools, labor and materials required to provide data entry and administrative services supporting the Transition Assistance Program at the M&FR for the 55th Force Support Squadron (FSS). The contractor shall provide one (1) full-time administrative personnel to perform data entry, administrative functions, and other duties related to the congressionally mandated Transition Assistance Program (TAP). Contractor personnel shall comply with all work center and installation safety procedures, practices, and standards while presenting a professional conservative, and neat appearance with socially acceptable standards of personal hygiene.
