The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), has a requirement for a comprehensive commercial off-the-shelf Case Management System (CMS) software in its Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM), Workforce Programs Division (WPD). OHRM currently uses manual processes to track, manage, and report on Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) cases and seeks to upgrade its current solution.
OHRM/WPD is responsible for developing and maintaining records and case files for Employee and Labor Relations cases such as conduct and/or performance-based actions, employee and/or union grievances, third party appeals, and administrative investigations (misconduct, workplace violence, harassment, OIG referrals, etc.).
The requirement is to acquire a cloud-based solution that is reliable, scalable, meets Federal security and privacy requirements that address OHRM WPD’s specific needs and enhances overall efficiency. CMS to track, manage, and report on ELR cases for NIST, along with commensurate hosting, maintenance, and support services. The CMS must comply with applicable DOC, NIST, and National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements for maintaining cases and must meet all applicable NIST/DOC IT security and privacy requirements.
