The Installation Chapel Office, Fort Eisenhower, GA has a requirement for
the non-personal services of a contracted Rabbi for the Fort Eisenhower Jewish Community.

to include religious services and Sacramental Rites for all assigned Soldiers, DA approved
Civilians, and Family members at the Fort Eisenhower Installation. This PWS defines the
requirements and deliverables of the contractor, ensuring the individual Free Exercise of
Religion for military personnel, family members, and authorized personnel, a statutory
requirement under USC Title X.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to perform as a contracted Rabbi as defined in this Performance
Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The contractor is required to reside within 50 miles of Fort Eisenhower. The risk of traffic delays from further away could cause the Rabbi to be late for or miss critical services.
