The purpose of this project is to install a unclassified Video Teleconferencing (VTC) system in Conference Room 166, Building
412, 1st Floor. The system will enable remote meetings and collaborations with high-quality audio and video.
All offers conforming with the requirements outlined in this solicitation shall be evaluated for technical acceptance (IAW the attached SOW dated 27 August 2024) in order of lowest price. Once two offers are deemed technically acceptable in order of lowest price, evaluations will cease.
In order to be considered technically acceptable, vendors must demonstrate a complete understanding of every requiremen outlined in the attached SOW dated 27 August 2024. Proposed equipment will be validated by the wing cyber security office to ensure equipment is DISA approved.
