As stated in Section 6(i) of this document, this notice of intent is not a request for
competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals
received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation. If additional
proposals are received, the proposals will be evaluated by the Lowest Price
Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria (FAR 15.101-2).
