Description: The contractor shall install the Access Control System (ACS) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) for the 113th Operations Support Squadron.  All IDS equipment shall be software compatible and functional with the existing Honeywell Vindicator security infrastructure on Joint Base Andrews and installed in building 1217.
