Description- Access Control System (ACS) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS)

Delivery - 180 days After Award
The contractor will install the access control system (ACS) and the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) for the F16 Flight Simulator Facility, building 3009. All equipment shall be software compatible and functional with the Software House, Tyco International C-CURE 9000 monitoring and badging station that currently exists in building 3029 or a suitable replacement will be installed and configured appropriately. All IDS equipment will also be compatible with existing Honeywell Vindicator infrastructure on the base. This compatibility will enable appropriate guard force response, continued monitoring, and administrative functions in accordance with “Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities” (ICD 705). The contractor shall perform the required engineering for the installation of both the IDS and ACS, so they perform together as required by ICD 705. The contractor shall also perform start up, testing, and training to indicate full operational compliance with this contract.
Place of delivery and acceptance and FOB point: The C-CURE 9000 shall be connected to the existing system for 113th Wing/CCZ, 3029 East Perimeter Rd. Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762. Installation Work will be performed in building 3009.
