This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858 or 673 Woodland Square Loop SE, STE 101, Lacey, WA 98503., intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract with Firm Fixed Prices for Supply for the Department of Pathology and Armed Services Blood Bank Center (ASBBC) at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Tacoma, WA.
The solicitation number for this request for quotation (RFQ) is W81K0224Q0085 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6830, size standard is 1000 employees and the NAICS code of 35120. This procurement is unrestricted.
All responsible offerors shall provide an offer that meets the PWS Minimum Requirements. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, and its addendum applies to this acquisition. See Attachment.

The Government intends to award a contract with Firm Fixed Prices to the successful quoter.
Contract Requirements - The successful offeror shall be required to meet the requirements of the combined synopsis/solicitation. Contractors shall quote their unit pricing based on the quantities identified in each Contract Line Item Number. See Attachment for Proposal Instructions / Evaluation Criteria.
