The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Delivery Order under the Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-21-G-0006 to the Boeing Company, 6200 James S McDonnell BLVD, Saint Louis, MO 63134-1939, using authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAVAiR's requirement is for 44 ACMC Kits P/N: 13250434-22. The Government does not own the drawings and documents to the ACMC kits and therefore it is singularly proprietary to Boeing.
