Remove two electrical panels and the current electrical wiring within the walls, ceiling, and floors of the maintenance residence (in preparation of a new electrical panel and rewiring the structure). This will require the removing of drywall throughout the residence to access electrical wires. The electrical wiring has been degraded by rodents chewing into the wiring within the walls & floors, creating fire hazards and a potential for electrocution.
Megohmmeter (megger test) potentially viable electrical wires (confirm insulation viability), i.e. wall light switch to ceiling light and outlets that do not have any signs of rodent intrusion.
Salvage wood wainscoting (for reinstallation) and dispose of removed building material (drywall board) and removed electrical wires.
