In accordance with FAR Part 13.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and FAR Part 12 Commercial Items, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) intends to procure House Water Filtration System Services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. USDA-FSIS intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a term of five (5) years.
